2. Limitation of Liability
With respect to any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, Specia Theme are not liable to address those problems that caused by you (the buyer).
Any material from this site you use comes with servicing, repair or correction of equipment, you will do it at your own charge.
3. Plan Membership
When joining a Membership, only with $99 each year, you will be permitted to access to all future desing including on our website Speciatheme.com. After your membership period has expired, you will no longer be able to get theme update & support. If you are not in need of continuing to use this package, you can still use all products downloaded during your membership period without paying any extra fee.
4. Demo Content Use
The photos used in our theme demos are protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights; therefore, they merely serve as example images to help you illustrate what your website might look like. You are not permitted to use the assets, please add your own thumbnail images.
All payments are handled via Paypal.
6. Refund Policy
We will issue a full refund within 15 days from the date of purchase for sound reasons from you such as: the theme you purchased is malfunctioning, corrupt or does not work as claimed AND you are getting mediocre support. There are some circumstances that you will not receive a refund.
7. Support Policy
If any question or problem has arisen during the process of using our items, we are pleased to offer getting supports as follows:
Support Tickets: We provide support tickets for the clients who purchased our products. To get our support ticket service, you must provide us purchased order code and your user name as well as the product you purchased. On weekdays we will respond within 12-24 hours to support tickets if there is any problem to solve or bug to fix. We will do so within 72 hours after our initial response.
