At Specia Themes, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical/sales queries, feel free to Contact Us. However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased is not the best fit for your requirements, and you tried resolving the issues with our staff, we offer a 10-day return policy. You are subjected to a full refund within 10 days of your purchase.
Our products are created for WordPress, an open source software released under the GNU public license www.gnu.org . Therefore, any part of our products which constitute a derivative work of WordPress are also licensed under the GPL 3.0.
Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased extensions and themes.
Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your extension(s) or theme(s) support it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your extension(s) or your theme(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from the page “My Downloads” in your reserved area in our site.
During the first weeks of purchase, customers can easily upgrade their license by paying difference. In this case drop us a line using this Contact Us form and ask to change the license.
Customers are reminded via email when their license is about to expire. If your license has expired a long time ago, please log in to speciatheme.com and use your dashboard to get the renewal of license. You can get some discounts on renewals periodically.
Users have a chance to keep their products up to date until subscription plan expires. After that they will have no chance to download the latest version of our products. Although use lastly downloaded version of the plugin forever. Alternatively users can always renew their license.
If you do not renew your membership you will no longer have access to our themes, new theme releases, updates, support or design files. You are more than welcome to continue using any themes you have downloaded during your active membership forever.
