This Support Policy describes what support you can expect from us in regards to Specia Theme.

At Specia Themes, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical/sales queries, feel free to Contact Us. However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased is not the best fit for your requirements, and you tried resolving the issues with our staff, we offer a 10-day return policy. You are subjected to a full refund within 10 days of your purchase.

The easiest way to find a solution to one’s issue is to use “Support” menu on speciatheme.com . On this page we suggest multiple methods to solve your issues. First of all users may read brief answers to closed-ended questions in FAQ, alternatively search an answer or/and select CMS and the product and find solution in the list. Check “Documentation” with video tutorials or find a solution in “Solutions” page. And the fourth method is to submit your question in “Forum”.
If you have discovered a bug or faced with some errors and need to contact directly to one of our specialists, please drop an email using Contact Us form.

our Inspiration only provides theme related support via our support desk, knowledgebase & tutorials. We will not provide any support via e-mail or Twitter. We may request you to e-mail us your login details when needed, in which case we will communicate via e-mail to protect your confidential & secure details.
Support includes installation guidance, bugs fixing, and general problem solving with features explained on the theme’s official sales page.

Our general support hours 9:00 to 17:00 (GMT+1), 7 days a week.. During this time, we can generally provide feedback on any support queries within 12 – 24 hours, whilst we will also commit to answer any queries outside of these hours within 48 hours.

It is our commitment to fix all theme bugs as quickly as possible after they are brought to our attention. During our general support hours, we can fix bugs within 48 – 72 hours. We will also try provide a solution via the forum for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core theme package..
